Despite working from home from March – June 2020, I was able to successfully defend my dissertation on June 22 and my dissertation deposit was accepted on June 24!

And as a bonus, one of my dissertation chapters is hot off the press in ACS Sustainable Chemistry & Engineering this month!

I appreciate all the support and mentoring I received from my advisor Dr. Abby Engelberth, all of my committee members who gave such useful and practical feedback, and the encouragement to dream big and persist from my friends and family.
